| Donghan Hardware Manufacture Co.Ltd, founded in 1989, is manufacturing precision springs, bearings professionally. It covers an location area of 3535 m2 and an workshop area of 4000m2,All our staff can receive good training and can skilled master producing techniques and equipment operating abilities of springs, bearings and punched parts.
We have dozens of various precision process equipments: CNC computer servo control spring forming machine, CNC computer servo automatic lathe, mechanical automatic lathe, precision continuous punch and other subsidiary equipments. We have advanced test means as well, such as: automatic length tester, projector, pulling force and pressure tester, twisting force tester, surface rough tester, concentric tolerance tester and so on.
We not only can do precise producing according to our customer’s drawings and samples, but can also do aided designs for customers. All our products are required to be coherent in quality.
Our products are mainly applied in communication equipment (mobile telephone parts), household electrical appliance, office equipment, industry electrical appliance and inductive equipment ,ect. And we have partners as Tannin Motorola (US invested), CTS (US invested), Ningbo Bird, Shunde Whirlpool (US invested), Vanward Group, Zhongshan Ability enterprise (Japan invested), Dongguan Tran-power (US invested), Tianjin Danaher (US invested), Danfoss in China and so on.
We also have some experience in television fittings manufacturing and our partner is Huizhou Great Wall Co, Ltd (Lue Hua brand).
Most of our materials are steel wires and other various tied materials, which are from Japan and South Korea. We can also provide quality qualification, test report and material certification of products for our customers to assure their interests.
We have professionally staff work on business activity and customer service. They can not only help customers to design and develop springs, bearings, spring pieces , punched parts, but can also deal with quality problems for customers in time.
